I have a 1,5 kg bottom round in the fridge. What can I do with it that isn't a stew?

crock pot with a quartered onion and onion soup mix for about 6 hours, shred it or slice it I don't care, french dip sandiwches.

chop into 1" cubes, simmer in a pan for like 5 hours, carne guisada which is like a mexican stew with thick sauce.

Slice against the grain thinly, pan fry for steak and eggs.
I hope this helps

You can cook it like a brisket low and slow for a long time.
Cube it and cook it on skewers hot and fast then cover in sauce, being chewie isn't a problem when your cubes are small enough.
Thin strips across the grain and cook in oil.

barbecue for 8 hours while applying a thin, slightly sweet, slightly spicy mop every 2 hours or so in order to get some nice non-brisket brisket.
