We do pizza a little different here. Some don't even call it pizza, but whatever it is I think it kicks the ass out of anything you can buy as pizza. Homemade simple dough, sliced tomatoes salted to suck out moisture, bacon, sautéed garlic scapes freshly picked and peppers.
