>>21436305 (OP) I've always had a soft spot for apricot jam, simply because we had a giant apricot tree in our garden when I was a kid. These days I old-man maxx and like bitter orange and spiced plum jam a lot. Also chili jam, but that's less used as a jam and more as a topping for cheeses.
