Basically sodium with fermented carbohydrate extract.
Bet it uses gmo corn.

it doesn't always work on vegetable dishes, meaty vegetables are kind of a weird and unpleasant flavour imo

you're supposed to use msg AND salt, not msg as a replacement to salt.
