As long as it's actual mayonnaise and not miracle whip, it all tastes the same.

To be specific.
We have alot of different recipes and ingredients.
We mix to the customers recipe and do test batches for them.
This includes everything from new stabilizers, spices or different oils.

Some recipes are generic to multiple different brands.
Some as specifically trailored to one customer and product.

So you could be making mayo for Hellman's one day, based off their recipe, Duke's the next, and then Kraft the day after?

I won't name specific corporations/customers/brands but yes.
We could do multiple different orders, different recipes, to different customer on the same day.

We have cleaning processes between different recipes, with difference in complexity depending allergens and more.
Shifting between recipes with different allergens happens rarely because the cleaning process is complex with different chemicals and takes along time.
If the allergens are the same it's much smoother and not as intensive cleaning.

We have had days where we had 6 different recipes for one shift.
Usually it's less.

No, it would not be possible.
Items could theoretically fall down into the vat, but in practice with our routines it never happens.

Mayo have at times been spilled over the machines and floor.
It's never a pleasant feeling when it happens.

Just to be clear.
The theoretical part where items could fall in. This would only happen if you are a retard throwing shit all over. which we don't.

Yes we have fires every week and the water supply is always drained.
All we have for our disposal is the mayo which we spray on the walls and floor.
The white goop sticking on all surfaces and bodies. The stench spreads as the hot creamy goo is clinging to all it touches.
It reeks as the pungent stank fill your lungs and nose with every breath.
Face, hands, legs all white and sticky.
We cling to each other not to get washed away by the creamy white sauce.

It has no place in mayo. Like olive oil, sugar and soy sauce don't belong in there either. Mayo is made with a neutral oil. Canola, grapeseed or sunflower.
