But how do they separate the little bits from getting in their coffee? If you do it like the youtube videos show, you will have dozens, maybe hundreds of grind particles in your coffee.

Look for Turkish/Greek coffee or similar. They are especially grounded for your preparation style. After boiling, you put it in a cup where it automatically sinks to the ground after a while. Just wait a little bit, and you can drink it easily.

I think you quickly pour a some cold water in and they sink to the bottom or something, or you just scoop the off the top

its how i normally make coffee, in fact i'm drinking some right now. always comes out smooth and robust. tried my roommate's keurig the other day and it was vile, dunno how people can drink that sludge.

Yeah, Turkish is the finest grind and you don't filter it. Espresso, filter and cafetiere grinds you do filter, but not Turkish.

Yeah i make coffee like this often. Started when i moved into a new place and forgot my moka pot at my parent's. It's virtually identical to other methods except you have better control over the heating and boiling. The only downside is you gotta filter it well or you'll get a lot of ground coffee in your cuppa. I discovered that letting the pot rest for a minute or two makes all the solids settle down at the bottom, and you can carefully pour out the actual coffee.

It works best when you have an old sock from your smoking hot redhead wife who's just done working out

Use coarsest grounds you can get. Not ultrafine espresso dust to get those OVER9000 MPa overpressure.
