It's virtually identical to other methods except you have better control over the heating and boiling. The only downside is you gotta filter it well or you'll get a lot of ground coffee in your cuppa. I discovered that letting the pot rest for a minute or two makes all the solids settle down at the bottom, and you can carefully pour out the actual coffee.
