At most you'll get half a roll with a single piece of ham and hard cheese. But the real essence of such a breakfast is honey or jam and butter on bread and maybe some cereal with milk.

I’m australian. We eat sausages, eggs and bacon for breakfast on occasion and it’s good. Don’t know about gravy but all hotels here provide sausages
