Go back to the store and stock up on that Pink Apple flavor Polar, it's their absolute best!!

Reduced meats, hrm, yup, best to freeze things right away. Or cook immediately. The preseasoned ground looks off already, but might be the seasoning coloring. Rest looks alright.

I might slice up the strip steaks for stir fry or tacos. I like the speed of tender strip when doing stir fry.

You should start pressure canning meat... i put two cups meat into a 750 ml- 1L jar, a bay leaf, some pepper corns, maybe allspice... one tea spoon of salt... pressure cook for 90 min... and you get 5 year room stable meat in juice.
Another thing i do, is use meat trimming to make beans....
