didn't have enough ingredients, could only use milk, flour, and nesquik as well as sunflower oil for the pan. turned out kinda chewy and a bit stiff. i cut it in half for the pic so the inside can be seen

that's what happens when there's no leavening lol. if you're in that situation again you'd be better off making crepes or porridge. or if you at least have eggs you can separate the whip the whites until fluffy then fold that into the batter.

i'd probably break up the pancakes and eat it in a bowl of milk to at least not waste it though.
