In the late 1980's / early 90's my family traveled to Arizona to visit friends. I remember there was this chain of drive in style restaurants all over the place. We went to them and I remember being randomly approached by mexicans who were trying to sell us stolen merchandise from near by stores. For the life of me I can't remember the name of the fast food chain. I am pretty sure they had neon signage and polished aluminum / chrome as part of their retro Americana decor style.
