Plums, not so much. They're just never ripe, but yes, on the rest of this graphic! I think dates should be on there, and avocadoes removed. They have a pit that is different.

I have had all of these except avocado and nespola in the last 72 hours. Sorta, anyway. I have had CHERRY cherries, but we have some hybrid plum/cherry cross in the fridge. There are some actual plums in there, too.
Why are good lychee double the price? Shit lychee is $5/lb and the good stuff $10 and it annoys the fuck out of me how short the window for good lychee is in the West. : (

Are you my brother? He's really bad at picking ripe fruit, too. Here's a hint: if it smells of nothing it will taste of nothing. You want sweet-smelling, slightly soft plums. Anything else will be unripe.
