I think texture is almost as important as the flavour itself. Hell, pasta is miles better if it's just right instead of too soggy. Just one thing i wanted to add, after the watermelon i had this perfectly ripened pineapple, i cut it into four slices and i could bend the slice in such a way that i could rip the sweet chunks and fibers straight out of the skin. Man, then i had to admit that pineapple is the best fruit ever made.
