Compared to other frozen pizzas of course. For some reason I’ve always thought the vegetables on frozen pizzas would turn out bad.

If I’m so lazy I’m doing frozen pizza I’m too lazy to chop vegetables. Plus it’s unlikely I’d have everything on hand anyway. The whole point of frozen pizza is convenience so it’d be stupid to make a trip to the store for bell peppers for a frozen pizza.

It's mostly just onion and bell peppers and they freeze OK. I'm not in the US but I've always heard that Red Baron is top tier frozen pizza. Especially their supreme pizza

anything that's halfway decent is going to be so expensive you might as well just go to a chain or somewhere local if you have one and get a pizza that doesn't taste like cardboard

i dunno who started the "tastes like cardboard" because i've never had any pizza ever taste anything like cardboard.

onions and pepper add a bit more flavor which is helpful as frozen pizza is somewhat bland. They do taste a little weird texture wise but then again frozen pizza tastes weird compared to real pizza

Mcdonald's pizza is where that started, and yes they did. Funny how things said become things to say.
