though the taste of vinegar is quite strong, the peppers are also just as strong, its a wonderful balance

Definitely the best out of the big 3 Louisiana sauces. I don't think Tabasco is a good comparison though, different kind of sauce. It's Louisiana, Trappey's, and Crystal.

Louisiana's too salty, Trappey's I can never find anywhere but I don't remember it impressing me.
