My family is close with the founder of Silk. He's cool. We used to stay at his mansion in Aspen during ski season and pick from his apple orchard in Boulder to make a billion fucking gallons of apple butter.
He gave $1 million to the guy who suggested the name "Silk" for a soy milk company. He came up with the idea of a sky milk company while on a drug bender in India.

i used to be all aboard the alternative milk train (drank almondmilk for like a decade) but after looking into all the questionable ingredients they use to make them palatable, i switched back to cow's milk.
