Sup /ck/.
I cooked some fish 7 days ago, and the first few days, the smell in my house was incredibly strong, like I had a fish glued to my nose. Now it's not as strong, but every time I enter my house, I can notice there's a weird smell that comes from the fish.
I already opened all the windows, threw around perfume as if it was holy water on an exorcism, and lighted a lot of incense. It's been 7 days and the smell particles refuse to go. Again it's not as strong, but I still fear they will settle in a sort of permanent way, I don't want to be the guy who has a weird smelling house.
Any help? Other than obviously not cooking fish at home ever again.

Fried and breaded. It's not the first time I do it either, but it's the first time the smell persists so much.
Also the fish was fresh, and didn't have any particular strong taste when eating, but I guess the raw meat itself was very smelly and its particles flew all around my house

Clean your kitchen. Wipe down all the surfaces with something that removes oil. Oil droplets disperse through the air and settle on surfaces nearby and they hold the smell of whatever you cooked.
