I could just put it on my Sourdough Focaccia Pizza dough in the cast iron.
I intuit that will work, but depends on how tasty the quiche filling is.

You wanna hear a fucked up story? Way back when I first moved to Straya I stopped at a cafe for brekky and saw they had omelets on the menu so I ordered a nice spinach and mushroom omelet, and they brought me a fucking quiche.

Now that was a slap in the face but here's the part that stomped on my nuts - I like quiche and this quiche was not only not an omelet, it was the worst fucking quiche I ever had.

This highlights the crisis that I had to work through. Stay and lower my standards lest be unhappy forever, or just leave. Phew it was a toughie.
