I made a Tom Collins with Squirt instead of the club soda and simple syrup and it was really good, I'm probably going to make it again. What would you call it?

If a drink just has 2 ingredients it’s just called X & Y. Gin and Tonic. Rum and Coke. Whiskey and Soda.

It is already named, the Greyhound.
Squirt is a regular mixer in Mexico for tequila, aka Paloma. It's cheap and lazy man's substitute for fresh squeezed grapefuit, soda and simple syrup, all-in-one. It used to be called the Paloma Blanca, for white grapefuit and light color. But, even though it has the bitterness of a good citrus peel with pith (eliminating the need for bitters), it is missing the fragrance and oils of fresh citrus. Why would you really want to make it a regular thing if you are drinking from home and have choice available to you. Fresh pulpy grapefuit can't be beat. At least you'd want fresh lime.

A greyhound is only two ingredients: gin or vodka and grapefruit juice, nothing like what I made.

And there is fresh citrus in it, the only sub was the club soda and simple syrup.
