i make a big pitcher over night and drink it cold over the day...will my liver be fucked from this?? no sugar or anything, just water and leaf.

Drinking 10-20 cups of green tea daily might risk liver issues mostly because of the high EGCG levels, which are usually a problem with concentrated supplements, not regular tea. Normal tea’s EGCG is way less concentrated, so moderate drinking is safe. Also, that many cups pack a ton of caffeine, which can cause jitters and other side effects. So yeah, unless you’re chugging extracts, green tea toxicity is pretty rare.
