NY Strip $8/lb, Ribeye $9/lb, Sirloin Tip at $5.50. Cleared the display area out. Grabbed some tri-tip and beef country ribs too. Spent $328 for $554 worth of beef. Over 40 lbs. to freeze.

Anyone else make a nice haul? I drove 20 miles into another state for this sale and it was worth it.

FAT fucking steaks. I have an abundance of beef happening. This should get me through the summer. I have a lot of fish and pork already. This is going to require some organizing to make everything fit.

My local grocer gives me a bag of nearly expired meat weekly for $10. It goes in the freezer and is more than I can eat in a week.

The only downside is it contains some sausages and processed stuff in addition to prime meat cuts. I'd successfully avoided those for half a decade until now. The money savings tho
