Hey all, Bacardi every other day rancher guy here. At my mountain property 60 miles up the road. Have 24 trays I'm putting out. I had help making them and freezing them by a relative. ~$1100 worth of food. Expecting 40-50 or so people.

I think the biggest group I’ve cooked a full meal for was 12 for dinner parties, full course meals with dessert, no issues aside from accidentally giving a vegetarian something with chicken stock

Since the big beautiful Bill got passed and will be signed today plus things overall being so much better now than just a year ago, bringing in a new Golden Age, I thought it'd be nice to do something for the locals and a few family. People should celebrate. It's the 249th anniversary of our independence and subsequently our great wealth as a nation and people.

I thought about having it at the home ranch and getting out and setting up the stage and festival speakers/projector but it's so much cooler up here.

People have filmed here before when it was more of a working farm 40 or so years ago. It's been in my family for about 100 years but my sister didn't want it (she is also loaded and a miss prissy pants) so when it became available for cheap and me being the land collector I am, I bought it. Neighbors take care of the cattle when I can't, mow and hay the fields etc. 311 acres in total but only 50-60 is now usable for growing/pasture. The rest is forest. Will probably give up the cattle up here soon. Old house is alot of work and it's just me and I have my own ranch with much more land that I grow and hay. It's newer though and have modern home/equipment. People are trickling in so may be awhile for an update.

There is no reason to get trucks that small anymore. They brought back the ranger and there is no reason to get it when a 150 is way more capable and still gets great MPG. Back when you could get a little 3/4 cyl child banger and have it get 28 mpg it made more sense. Then again, those little trucks couldn't perform and do anything more than move furniture.

Alright... rock and roll. Alot of people loved it and took most of it home. Got the rest of the saveable stuff in the freezers a few things didn't need.
