I ain't cook shit but I'm taking a break in the bathroom at a cookout where there are chicken leg quarters, burgers, shitty all-beef hotdogs, and no vegetables except for the salsa and the potato salad.
I feel cheated that there's no pork but my wife and I are guests so I'm not gonna say that. How long before I'm completely sober and can drive us home or should the missus do it? I only had one beer and one shot but goddamn, I can't drink like I used to.

Got a cheap set of uncut ribs that included the st.louis bit, things were massive. Smoked both - they covered up all my grate space. Front one came out fine, back one burned a bit on the small side. Plenty of bones and junk in em, hence the cheap cost, so I still prefer back ribs as the best rib experience.

Got some hot dogs for tomorrow.
