I can't believe i haven't tried this stuff until now. What the fuck? Why does no one talk about this? Ground turkey is so much fucking better than ground beef, it holds onto flavors better, cooks faster, hasn't increased x10 in price like beef and chicken.

I think i might be switching to ground turkey for all my ground meat meals from now on.

I make ground turkey meatballs with spinach, garlic, onion and spices and then freeze them. Easy to reheat and throw in sauce or just easy protein

I love picking up ground turkey and turkey breast from my local grocer because it's normally on sale for 2-2.50/lb. I also get some beef heart for 3/lb. I'm eating like it's 2018 still, somehow.

No it isn't. You bought a roll of ground turkey that already has a bunch of salt and spices added, and compared it to some plain ground beef that you didn't season anywhere near as much.

you know how to make sure ground beef doesnt get freezer burn? put it into ziploc freezer bags and smash it in and get them flat, all the way up to the zipper before closing.

>better than ground beef

Besides price, there's no argument for this statement. "Holds" flavors? I'd rather have something that contains its own inherent flavor. Unless you're watching your fat intake or you actually get it significantly less expensive than beef, there's no reason to purchase ground fucking turkey.
