What are some of the best meals to make with this thing? One of my friends said it was a life hack for a single man that doesn't like cooking to make amazing meals.
>>21447368 (OP) i have that same one. it's just a slowcooker with some other functions. i've made apple butter, pot roast, pasta dishes, pretty much anything you can make in a pan. i like it because of the deep sides, got it on sale at costco i think. i'm going to try the sous vide function at some point but haven't gotten there. it's really nothing special idk why your buddy said what they did, it's just a crockpot. google any crockpot/slow cooker recipe and pick whatever looks good most you just dump everything in and cook 8-12 hours. ezpz
>>21447368 (OP) Pre-cooked frozen meatballs with sauce. I get the bags of meatballs from Costco. For sauce, you can get as creative or lazy as you want. BBQ sauce, jars of marinara sauce, gravy, sweet and sour, grandma's secret family recipe, whatever. Just make a pile of meatballs in the pot, pour the sauce over them, mix it around a bit, and wait. Match pasta, rice, or some other carbohydrate to your sauce and you've got a meal.

I dont give a shit what anyone says get some chicken breasts, do the mushroom soup thing and then layer boxed dressing with a little broth to carry it through. People will talk shit on it but not when they are eating it
I think with a crockpot you're better off getting cheaper cuts of beef and cooking them on low overnight.
In fact never use the high settings with these at that point just airfry the food.

also try slicing kielbasa and dumping in whatever type of jelly/preserves you like. this is also very good. used to make it for work when they'd have the gay ass potlucks and people liked it. basically like candied bacon. i would use strawberry but grape works
