Hi Guys, Stephane here, from French Cooking Academy, and today I have for you a very simple recipe that could fit in a two minute video, but instead I'm going to ramble on just enough so the video length hits 10 minutes and 36 seconds for monetization purposes.
Anyway, first off we have some black pepper, have you heard of black pepper? We need black pepper because black pepper is the star of the recipe so make sure you get good quality black peppercorns. We also have some meat, to give the dish a nice meaty flavor and meatiness so make sure you're working with a good meat butcher who can provide good meat because we need to have meat to provide some of that meatiness to compliment the black pepper flavor which comes from the black peppercorns.
