mix half a teaspoon or a little less with orange juice, drink at about 3-5 am you will fall back asleep and wake up with no hangover.

Usually an energy drink with sugar to replenish b vitamin stores and ward off alcohol induced hypoglycemia. Then probably some instant ramen and a Gatorade with 1/2 tsp NuSalt added to it.

Is that like an actual thing for Americans? I can chug 1L of vodka for a few days and I'm fine once I'm done, no headaches, no pain, nothing. My longest bender was almost for a whole month.
