Just thawed out a nice steak, should I sear it and toss it in the oven? What's your solution to my problem?

Bit tough, innit?
Either sear and braise it as a potroast, slice it up and dress with tenderiser powder for stir fry meat, cut into cubes and dress with tenderiser powder for shish kabobs or beef stew or mechanically tenderise for a very large chunk of Salisbury steak.

Take it out of the plastic, and put it in marinade for two days. Grill it, slice it into strips, and eat on a bowl of rice and green onion.
