>>21452608I would agree, but the price has gone from ยฃ1.50 to ยฃ3.50 in just a few years. It just isn't worth it imho. There's nothing special about the quality of the cocoa they use. It's from the Ivory coast like most mass manufactured bars I think. It's decent for a supermarket bar, but mediocre objectively.
Anyway, in an attempt to still eat something chocolatey and save money I've made something that tastes better than Lindt. The problem is that it isn't a bar, more of a chocolate dip. I buy the best organic cocoa I can find and mix it with organic honey and a bit of water. It's delicious, but obviously the texture isn't the same.
