I made beef short rib tacos the other day and had a bunch of braising liquid that was infused with onion, garlic, and guajillo chiles. I strained it and cooked it down until thick, then tossed the chopped meat with a couple teaspoons to boost the flavor. Now though I have about a cup left of this spicy beef demiglace that I'm not really sure how to best use. Any thoughts or ideas spring to mind? I'm open to all kinds of suggestions.
