I always go cheap as shit pepperoni with cheap camembert, brie or blue cheese.
well "cheap" but its still like $5-7 for a small piece of cheese.

every other cheese is stupidly expensive and/or boring as fuck aka: generic cheddars and cheddar-adjacent cheeses that all taste the same.
