What are some of the healthiest snacks to munch on all day? I have ADHD and I just quit smoking which makes me now constantly eat for no reason.
I'm thinking of buying a dedicated popcorn machine and cramming popcorn down my throat all day/night long. (I fucking love popcorn)
Is it really as healthy as people say it is? (It really won't change my mind on cramming it if it's not. I'll still do it because I fucking love popcorn)

I'm a fatty that struggles to eat healthy but the two snacks I can stomach eating regularly are almonds and cucumber slices so maybe those will tickle your hairy anus.

Popcorn is just as healthy and calorie dense as Cheetos, no joke.
Just get chewing gum, sunflower seeds, carrots, celery, or jerky like every other recovering smoker.
Also work on kicking your chewing/snacking habit, obesity is even less healthy than smoking

Depends. Movie theatre popcorn or microwave popcorn yes, it's bad for you. Air popped with just salt is good, has fibre and very low calories.

Probably just gum. Snacking in and of itself isnโ€™t healthy because it raises your blood sugar and resets your bodies hunger clock (not the technical term).

Very delicious, perfect snacking size, can munch basically as much as you want.
Take a bowl of them to a tense movie and they are gone after.
