What do you call cheese that isn't yours?
>>21454874 (OP)"vintage" cheddar. People say that the amount of years aged is a meme. Well, I've tasted the difference, it's got to be crumbly. With some crackers and chutney.
I wouldn't know because I am no cheese expert, actually far from it lol.
But when I eat in good restaurants, I usually opt for cheese for dessert and thus far, I have never regretted it. I once was in one rather upscale restaurant and they had a cheese plate where the waiter literally warned be about this particular "strong" french hard cheese variety and man, it was so potent in taste, I had this aggressive aftertaste in my mouth for an hour after leaving. Like it was almost physically wearing me down, but it wasn't unpleasant. So that would be one of my top cheese experiences because it was so memorable.
From the cheeses I know by name, probably Parmesan and Brie, mainly because I like how they taste together with other food.

Free peppers with your cheese, 2 for 1.

>>21454874 (OP)Either a very strong cheddar, or a tasty lancashire. A good gouda or manchego can be fine things too.
Vintage cheshire's pretty great too, but very difficult to find. I miss it.
