Whole wheat crepe with chicken inside.

Yes, I'm still making crepes.

Whole wheat for a crepe doesnโ€™t exactly sound appetizing. How was it?

Pretty good. I prefer white crepes, but the fiber fills me up more and it's healthier.

I make it with eggs, milk, sugar, salt and a little oil.

congratulations anon, you improved. it's actually a crepe this time.
also there is literally no benefit to eating whole wheat flour. the extra fiber does nothing for your gut, the caloric content per gram is the same, and the only added nutrient is a few milligrams of potassium which can be found in abundance in almost any other food or drink

Thank you, but the fiber's function is to help you poop more healthy and not get constipated, which is good.

99 percent of the benefits attributed to fiber lack any scientific validation according to the NIH. Its only proven benefit is that it feeds gertain microbiota in the large intestine and makes you fart, but even then people who eat a negligible amount of fiber and keep an otherwise healthy diet just have a different, equally healthy gut microbiome

how does that make me a tastelet? the bran has flavorful oils and other compounds that vanish with refined flour. although it's more likely to go rancid, but when fresh it just has more flavor. it's like the difference between white and brown sugar.

All I need is my empirical evidence that eating fiber makes me healthy.

Also, my grandma died from intestinal cancer because she developed polyps (caused by not eating enough fiber!

Really? The NIH said "99% of the benefits of fibre lack any scientific validation"? I find that hard to believe. Just go take a shit and you've got your proof right there.

Here's the thing. You can't provide me a source for that claim because you made it up.
