Anyone tried these? I got some of the cherry colas and they're only 30 calories and have real juice in them. They're honestly really good. I stay away from most sugar and certainly sodas, but these are great. Just as sweet as a 150 calorie can of real cola without all that sugar.
Problem is the cost. At the drugstore they're $10 for a 4-pack. WTF? That's more than most beer. Surely they're cheaper at a supermarket.
But as an occasional treat for someone who stays away from all that it's nice to have.

I may check out other flavors later. I like these semi-sugared options so much better than diet or zero. Reasonable amounts of sugar is the way to go.

Seems like these could help people make a transition away from carbs if they're having trouble giving up sugary drinks.

Really? You think they sell something that could harm you in some way, yet you don't have an issue with all the sugar in normal sodas?

Okay, schizo. Be that way.

I don't drink soda so you can stop projecting your sugar schizo shit onto me, retard.
Secondly, drinking 7g of fiber as a soda drink is batshit retarded, especially at $2.5 a can. Enjoy your diarrhea.

So you don't have trust issues. Leave the thread if you don't drink sodas. They don't give anyone diarrhea, lol.

I'm pretty sure I had one before and was underwhelmed or disappointed and they're expensive on top of it.

If you're trying to get healthy soda, just get some seltzer water, like a lemon lime seltzer water. That's the closest best thing you'll get to soda that gives you a similar experience and isn't nearly as bad for you.

A lot of the flavors are whatever. Crisp apple is the best one by far. The ginger ale is good too. Never gave me the shits.

a couple of the flavors are passable, but the pricepoint is absolutely crazy

you're better off just mixing tart cherry juice concentrate with water and ruinning it through your water carbonator of choice

No. I already drink seltzer water and it's nothing like Olipop. Seltzers are dry, as in, not at all sweet. "Diet" seltzers have terrible artificial sweetener aftertaste. Regular sodas have too much sugar and diet sodas are different altogether.

These have *some* sugar so they taste natural and give you what you'd look for in an actual Cherry Coke or something, but at 1/5th the calories. It's a relatively new concept they've been trying to popularize for a long time. Remember "Dr. Pepper Ten"? It's like that.

Appreciate your suggestion but you're way off.

They’re good but they’re about $2.50 each unless you get them on sale or at Costco

Just buy a carbonator and lightly sweeten and flavor your own seltzer. Olipop tastes like ass and costs as much as energy drinks.

Why does anyone drink anything besides Coke, and maybe Sprite? Everything else just tastes worse, and you have a wide variety of flavors of both to chose from.

>but corn syrup!
delicious, nonamericans just can’t comprehend it

I "make" my own sodas by mixing plain seltzer with either juice concentrate or homemade syrups (or, more rarely, shopbought ones; I got longan syrup from Grocery Outlet over the winter, for example). I control the amount of sugar. Even if I use a bullshit ingredient like KoolAid powder, I use considerable less sugar that would be in a can of cola.

I have tried most flavors of ollipop and i genuinely enjoy them.
They are also just amazing if you have a hurting tummy like from a hangover or flu. Doubly so if you get the gingerale.

The "healthier" sodas I've tried so far.
Evolution > Slice > Vitalife > Olipop > Poppi

None of them are bad really.

They are not any cheaper at the grocery store.

You gotta be pretty retarded to pay $2.50 a can for a can of diet soda with some Metamucil in it.

A fool and his money are easily parted

They aren't and that stops me from drinking them. A 12 ounce drink isn't worth more than $2.

they're pretty good, as a gateway toward giving up sugary drinks altogether.
I like the ginger ones.
