Make it at home. By American tastes, we'd be using a much more significant amount of meat. This is meant to be spooned over rice, and ordered family style for a whole table of people, with 3-4 mains, 2-3 veggie/bean sides, you see. We don't use bread to sop up liquids liek a heathen, more than a couple dips. This bowl pictured should not be a meal unto itself.
