I eat similar to this. Can of fried beans + a tortilla maybe some cheese, black beans and rice maybe a handful of bacon bits thrown in.

I eat like this, can of chicken meat from Costco, couple tablespoons of mayonnaise, some walnut pieces, a sprinkle of green goddess season from trader Joe's, a few grapes diced, not too much but just for some sweetness, red onion diced, chopped celery. Sourdough slices toasted in a pan with a lil bit of mayo, a slice of provolone cheese and a crispy lettuce leaf. It's kind of like an on the go sandwich.
