Are millet groats the ultimate superfood? Just eat 1kg a day and you will be eating 3500kcal with 100g protein. Can supplement other vitamins. Might be the new meta.

Millet lacks key nutrients like Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Omega-3 fatty acids, Calcium (unless fortified), Complete Protein. It also contains phylates that can reduce mineral absorption (iron, zinc, etc.). It's also a very monotonous diet which leads to poor gut microbiome diversity, and very low in essential fatty acids especially EPA/DHA.

Also,
>100 grams of protein for 3500 kcal
do you even lift

Oat is 10x as expensive
Buckwheat is only 1.5x more expensive but I already went on a week of just buckwheat and I cannot do it taste-wise.
The other two lose easily.

17g protein and 389 kcal (as well as some good minerals/vitamins) for oats. I would say that's abetter contender for superfood.

(you need to complement it with some extra lysine to get the most out of that protein though. A bit of milk for example)

Sorry, there are not 3,015 calories in one cup of chopped green peppers. I don't care what the internet tells you on your little phone there. That's silly nonsense.

3015 actualy calories, AKA 3kc/3 kilocalories, which are written as "calories" on US nutrition labels for some reason.
