Has anyone tried these? They have to better than the Wendys frozen beef right?

Not the wagyu kind, but I have Bubba Burgers in my freezer and I'm thinking of grilling them soon. I'll inform you if they're at least as good or better than Wendy's beef.

Why do you get frozen patties? It's easy to make burgers with high quality fresh ground meat.

They're alright. Better than tube-packaged beef hamburger. Not as good as patties you would form yourself from whatever fat percentage of ground beef you prefer. And dull compared to grinding and forming patties yourself at home from a whole cut of sirloin or steak.

I wanted to have burgers over multiple different days and this seemed like a fairly convenient way to do that (of course, them being frozen prevents spoilage from waiting too much time to make them).

Why the hell would someone buy this when you can just season and form your own patties for much much cheaper then freeze?

No such thing. Wendy's patties are always fresh never frozen.

why would you do this
literally the only acceptable bubba burger is the onion patties and only if you are turbo-poor trying to stretch your 40 dollars a week in snap benefits

They’re pretty awful and i dont understand why anyone would buy them
Maybe if you live way far from anyone who sells beef and want emergency burgers for your freezer but even then i’d just make andfreeze my own

THIS.

If it's American sourced it's not wagyu. Its that blend of wagyu and angus, and it's no where near what wagyu actually tastes like.

And even then it's gonna be too much fat for the real version. You want a proper blend for a burg.

I refuse to buy raw meat I can't see. Not gonna get some mystery package when the visible option exists. That is how they sell you garbage shit - cover it up and fuck you so you only see it after you get it home and can't return it.

Both things that you said make no sense. As for the kids just wrap the burgers and freeze after you are done with them. They usually get those numb 500 yard stares after you finish with them anyway. That should give you 20-30 min.

I grew up eating bubba burgers, back when they used to be the cheap option. Crazy to see that they're so damned expensive now. They're pretty good, but at the price point you are honestly better off just buying and making your own patties. It barely takes more time to chop and shape a patty and season it than it does to just grab a frozen puck.

Not the wagyus, but I've had bubba burgers. They're not bad in terms of flavor, but they're messy. You get the burger, but the patties are inflated with fucking water man. Grill it, cook it all you like, even if you cut one partially open and press down before putting on a bun, it's still going to leak water all over.

Stop trying to buy food at walmart via their website. They crank up the prices of everything food related, even stuff that's pickup-only. Even my overpriced local regional store has that same sized package for "only" $10.

not in my case, whatever it says on the wsebsite is what i pay in the store. i've been using their website as an egg price tracker and it's always correct. you need to set your local store though.

i bought a pound of ground wagyu at the store once, didnt taste any better, it was just fatty as fuck and was always causing small fires in my grill at the fat dripped on to the plates over the burners. went back to 93/7 ground beef because i dont want something greasy as fuck.

I actually do have 3 cows lol. The one I want to eat is like a year out from slaughter, so I buy beef from a rancher in my town. Supernarket ground beef can have the meat from over 1000 cows all mixed together in a single patty. That's disgusting.

Bubba burgers are a certified white trash classic, very tasty. I've upgraded to Costco frozen patties, they're way better. They don't shrink to 25% of the original size like Bubba burgers.
