What is the consensus on Brian Lagerstrom? Is he worth his salt or is he another Ragusea knockoff?

Every recipe of his i've tried worked out well, videos are to the point and not annoying, one of the few chef youtubers I can stomach watching.

Yeah I made his Dope chili and it is really good. I tis my go to for when I make Chili. Also his Pot Roast recipe that is 'better than beef bourginon" is my go to for making pot roast. I also love his updated 1 dough 3 loaves was first foray into real bread baking.
