I bought some fresh rosemary and thyme for some stew but won't use all of them. How can I save/preserve them?
Freeze?
I don't have a dehydrator, but can I air dry them?

Freezing is by far the best. Get some ziplock bags, as much moisture and air out as possible and you're good to go.
