I keep the gratings as they are and powder them just before use, mostly on white meat roasts (mixed with powdered dry chilli, powdered peppercorn, powdered dry rosemary, olive oil and grated garlic to make a paste) but I use it in sweet stuff, too (lemon french toast with honey lavender syrup, lemon pancakes also with honey lavender syrup, lemon sugar cookies, lemon rice krispies treats) and a other savouries (pan-fried pork chops, lemon chicken sausages and lemon butter for seafood; so much lemon butter).
>>21461029>>21461091Thanks. I wanna be clear that I don't know if the variety of cucumber matters but I use "pickling" cucumbers or Persian ones since I find the large, waxed English type to be generally flavourless.
