The kind you make yourself.

Vinagrette: 1 part vinegar, 2-3 parts olive oil, basil, oregano, thyme, salt, garlic and onion powder, black pepper to taste.

Thousand island: equal parts mayo, ketchup, relish

Ranch: Mayo, milk or sour cream to thin it out, salt, pepper, dill, oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper to taste

Just make your own. Olive oil, an acid of choice, touch of dijon, seasoning. Little bit of honey if you want it sweeter, bit of mayo if you like it creamy. Adjust to taste.

I make dressings for a living.
I can guarantee non is "healthy".
It's all powdered shit that gets reconstituted and rehydrated.

Midwest Portillos Chopped Salad Italian Dressing is 10/10
Japanese Gyu-kaku (rando us locations) House Dressing (sesame flavour) is 10/10
If anyone has a chance to try em, please do so - you won't regret it.

I like trying out salads at places cause I know good ones exists and finding em is like discovering a gem (most salads are mid tho). I do like the Thousand Island on a Big Mac. Even without the bias of growing with it, it's a very good sauce, like 7/10 at least.

my family used it on taco salad, apparently that's not too uncommon. i think it tastes good on that but otherwise i didn't like it on regular salad.

ranch from hidden valley packet still mogs
just annoying how fast it gets bad. I eat many salads within a week until the batch is gone and then take a break

blue cheese and caesar are also good sometimes

vinaigrette is a meme. sour salad does not taste good. adding too much vinegar does not make it "more healthy". people conflate tasting bad with being healthy
