pide is waht you see, a dough ship with stuff in it. i like the one with eggs, onions and garlic sausage. pro tip i learned from a turkish co-worker is to drip freshly pressed lemon juice over it when you got tomato based topping. good stuff but still not better than pizza, but both on the same level

can't finde the pictures, but i once made wraps with lhamacun (imagine a tortilla wrap but with same topping as ops pic) it consisted of mac&cheese, lettuce and red onion. stuff was great
