Mocha lattes is too chocolatey still, it would be like a vanilla latte drowning the coffee

I make my own 10% with some nibs sprinkled in, but it's a bitch to temper. Dark chocolate = no skill chocolate.

For me it's 100% BLACKED chocolate. With a little salt sprinkled on top, perchance.
