Quit smoking a week ago and now my concentration is so gone I'm turning into a vegetable.
Is this just the withdrawals or is this how it's going to be from now on?

Are you taking nicotine?
There is a physiological and psychological addiction to cigs.

No nicotine at all. Cold turkey. Coffee doesn't seem to do shit either. I drink 6 cups a day, it's like fucking water to me I swear.

A lot of the smoking addiction is psychology and habit.
Just the ritual of taking the usual morning cigarette, the whole feel etc.
Still, to make it easier I'd for the physiological side recommend some nicotine gums or strips.
For the habit try replacing it with another ritual. Eat a tomato whenever you would have taken a cig before or something (you could then also suckle on it like with a cigarette, just the inhaling part could be a little difficult).
