Credit where credit's due, la Tur it's the best of this type of "cheese" but that stuff is still just mush and with its exception, they all taste very similar to one another. La Tur has that wash-rind thing going and I'm not sure it even actually is a washed-rind cheese but it definitely has a brie or Camembert backnote, albeit a characteristically goaty one.
As for the others, they're unfinished cheeses, imo. Give me a strabecco sardo or yes, even the "Parmesan-wannabes" like Gran Capra. They vary in texture, flavour and use, unlike the common "goat cheese" sold in every store in the US.
