I like to save the extra lil bits that remain around the stem. It's enough to add to a whole other meal later in the week, no reason it should be wasted
I'll probably add these to some bean soup or in egg fried rice

Hello cousin.
>>21466227
>What did you cook or eat today??
Dinner was a really, really salty sausage from a butcher I've never been to before and will never go to again, boiled potatoes with sweet parsley and garlic-lard, sauteed broccoli and sauteed shredded beetroot with onion and sour cream. Wife made millet-flour roti.
Lunch pasta with lentils
Breakfast was one waffle with my coffee.
I also had an apple around 1pm and a banana around 5pm. Small glass of fruit juice but I don't remember when. Lots of water.

Start with the biggest pumpkins first, then work down to the smallest. Really stuff em in there, the meat has to be nice and compact. You wanna avoid airpockets and try to get it up and under those over hangs that might be at the top

Sprinkle and press down a lil bit of flour on top
This is probably not necessary, but apparently it helps keep the meat from coming out while cooking
You could put the top of the pumpkin back on, but that's alot of effort for no real reason. I've seen some people cap them with tomatos, might try that some day.
Also, this turned out to be the perfect amount of meat for these pumpkins, but often times I have leftover meat. In these cases, I just pack the remaining meat into a nice ball roughly the same size as the rest and toss it in the soup. Alternatively, just freeze the meat and use it for a different meal later on, like meatball soup

Add the other can and a couple dashes of sugar. The meat is very savory and slightly spicy, so the broth, which is basically just tomato soup, should have a slightly sweet twist. It gives it a very delicious contrast. Oh yeah, and I salted the water right after pouring it in. always salt at the start. At the end I'm also gonna put in a tiny bit of black pepper and parsley, but other than that, the soup is nice and simple compared to the actual meat

I had burgers a couple days ago

Separate out a little bit of the broth and let it cool down
Gonna combine this with some flour to give a little bit of thickness to the soup. This isn't necessary
You can make it even thicker by using more flour. But dont put the flour directly into the soup, you'll ruin it and just get clumps of flour floating around

I googled this Romanian version of the soggy turkslop and apparently you don't even make mashed potatoes as a side to the slop. That's literally the best part of this disappointing dish! Another alternative to your slop: spaghetti and meatballs. When will Eastern Europeans learn that their food sucks?

Mashed potatos are god awful
I would rather kill myself than curse this delicious meal with a side of mashed potatos

Open it up like a flower
Toss that pumpkin skin in the fucking garbage
You can eat it if you want, but all of the flavor has been pulled out of it by the broth and infused into the meat, so all that's left is a soggy, mushy, gross shell. The purpose has been served. Toss it aside like a wet paper towel.

Also lasts quite a long time. You can easily make a pot of this as mealprep and have a bowl a day for a week. This usually lasts us 3-4 days
You can add a dollop of sour cream in your bowl to make it even tastier btw. I usually do that on the second day I have it, it makes the soup very creamy and yummy

Gypsies themselves are foreigners and there are more of them in italy, where they're actually from originally. gypsies steal from Romanians more than anybody else in Romania because of the sheer fact they're there. Romanians will also steal from you, so stay out of the country please there's no need for you to go there.

Bullshit on both counts. You must be Romani. Only a gypsy would lie so brazenly.
According to https://worldpopulationreview.com/country-rankings/gypsy-population-by-country
The US has the largest total gypsy population and Bulgaria has the largest percentage of the population be of gypsy background (roughly 12% of Bulgarians are gypsy). Romania is just behind, with 10%. Italy? Not even half of a single percent of the populace are gypsies, you thieving cunt. What few there are generally get forced into literal ghettos and concentration camps, even to this day lmao
It started as a programme to give them free housing but after they ruined the communities around them, they're practically locked away there and have little interactions with people outside of their shithole
And gypsies originated in India, retard. Their language is descended directly of Sanskrit and is a close relative of Gujarati, Punjabi and Rajasthani. They're descended of Indian outcasts AKA Untouchables/Dalits who were disgusted with being treated badly so they fled westward.

Never seen stuffed peppers boiled like that. Usually we just bake them with a little water and tomato sauce a pan.

I just bake them without sauce and serve them with a gravy matching the meat I used in making it. Either that, or mushroom gravy. Mine are basically mini meatloaves

I've had that as an Eastern European and I wouldn't say texmex baked peppers with cheese were a class above boiled ones from the Balkans.
