75% yeah. It really comes down to how good you are at making tomato sauce. It's easy to phone it in and make shitty tomato sauce

it was honestly delicious, but i only have it every now and then since i try to cut back on carbs.

itโ€™s a really popular breakfast dish here in greece no fuss &super comforting. i think it originally comes from turkey or somewhere around there, but you know how cultures mix and influence each other. we call it ฮบฮฑฮณฮนฮฑฮฝฮฌฯ‚ (kayanas).

it's just tomato sauce with a levantine flavour profile. it's nothing mindblowing but it's tasty if you can make a good tomato sauce and balance the spices.
I like making it with kofta.

>it's just tomato sauce with a levantine flavour profile.
does it reach corinthian heights or does it resemble the byzantine or perhaps schytian foods at the time?

My girlfriend recently made me shakshouka. I enjoyed it, ate the whole plate and went for seconds she was so happy. She loves when I enjoy her cooking/baking

I've made shakshouka in frying pan, and I just microwave it in a corningware. I liked snacking on Thailand Mama's Shrimp noodles dried, and then I add the sauce packages to canned tomatoes, then add eggs.

The dish is good however most people dont take the time to prepare all the ingredients properly to nake an authentic version. Regardless it is tasty
