What would you guys think about a farmers market general so we can start to source good markets? Some Iโ€™ve been to are abundant while others are dog shit.

How should we structure such a general? What should be some rolling things to highlight or look out for?

I like it but it will never start off since everyone on ck have the palate of a autistic man child that only involve things prepackage

Any thoughts on weekend vs weekday and big city vs agricultural area? I live in a large town area and the farmerโ€™s market closest to me is overpriced shite with few vendors, but the next nearest one is almost an hour away

in my area the farmers market is only open on weekends in a relatively "small city" but close to a major city. It has a lot of overpriced niche but good hot food and the produce there is decently priced. Definitely better to go out in the sticks to get produce for a good price though, usually you'll find great prices at the farmers markets that are actually near farms

"Farmer's market" is like "non-GMO" or "based on a true story". Go to Walmart and buy the same stuff for cheaper. Unless it comes from a small, local garden, it's the same exact stuff. This is a harsh fact of the produce industry.
