Oh, right, I was supposed to guess how much. Considering I also shop at Grocery Outlet for booze, cheese, and rye pretzel chips, I'm going to guess you spent around $80.

Going Saturday. If thread is still up, I'll post what we get then. As it stands, the current list is just greens, fruit and bread but the types of these things haven't been specified yet. While it depends what we run out of by then, what looks good when we go and what's on offer at the store, the bread will almost certainly be either a pair of baguettes or a single sfilatino napoletano.

Are you fucking stupid? Sorry, that's a rhetorical question. It says "riesling" right underneath it. Riesling is a type of wine. You fucking idiot. What's the point of you? Who gives a shit what you'd ingest?

Already had two cabbages in the fridge at home (one red) and wife, kiddo and I all like cauliflower. I'll be cooking it tomorrow night. Steamed, mashed with a stick of butter and whipped with potato flakes, freshly powdered dry minced onion and sweet parsley so it has a proper mashed potato texture (and tastes good). Serving it with meatloaf-stuffed peppers, mushroom gravy and sauteed spinach.
It's good shit.

I no longer leave my home so I get all my groceries delivered, a couple weeks ago they were missing 20 bucks worth of items so they supposedly reimbursed my bank but they didn't and I have to wait one month to complain to get my 20 bucks back. I'm not giving the store 20 bucks for free

Yeah, I've been shopping with that lady since I bought my house 13 years ago. I think she makes most of her money selling overpriced salads, boiled eggs and veggie party platters to the hospital and nursing home workers nearby (seriously, a container of fruit salad is $12 and a chopped salad is $14 and the platters start in the $60 range) so she sells the actual produce really, really cheap. For example, when I was there, baby spinach was $2/lb but a baby spinach salad, which uses only a half pound of the stuff but comes with dressing, croutons and a smattering of bacon crumbles, is $9 and the larger one is $15. I'm pretty sure bacon, stale bread and a packet of Ken's ain't worth the $8 upcharge.
>>21476190
We would but missus and I just don't trust other people to choose our produce.

Theres no food in the cart but at least youve got a cab to accompany all of that other shit alcohol.

Earlier today I got 2.3 lbs of choice bone in New York strip for 18 bucks, and 1lb of wild caught Keta salmon for 6.00. Decided to grill up the steak with some corn on the cob ($0.50) and bake some fingerling potatoes ($2.99).

As I ate the dinner I drank an entire bottle of Austin Paso Robles Cabernet, which cost me 24 dollars, more than the rest of the food combined. Whats crazy is I dont even feel buzzed.

Also Bonanza is shit wine dont ever buy it.
